This exercise is a workshop favorite. A group works together to create a shared vision of something that doesn't exist . . . yet. Great for creative teams or just a fun kick-off for a collaborative meeting. In our video example, it's just the two of us, but this exercise really gets rocking when you see a group of six or more all lock in on a shared vision. What will your team paint today?

Whether you're looking to ease into a culture change, want solutions for conflict resolution or are looking for more communication tools when it's time to go "off script," applied improv will provide great take-aways for your team. It makes for a great team building event too!
